Paulina de la Mora is the founder of Yoga Nómada, a wellness system that integrates movement, strength training, nervous system regulation, nutrition, and sustainable living. Her work bridges athletic performance and mindful practices to help individuals and organizations build resilient bodies and sustainable lifestyles.

A lifelong athlete, Paulina grew up practicing competitive sports and developed an early understanding of discipline, physical conditioning, and mental focus. An injury later redirected her path toward yoga and endurance sports, leading her to explore how strength, mobility, recovery, and breathwork interact to support long-term health and performance.

Through years of training, certifications, and personal practice, she developed an integrated methodology that combines yoga, functional strength training, injury prevention, posture alignment, and breath-based stress regulation. Her approach prioritizes sustainability and longevity over short-term intensity.

Paulina’s philosophy centers on the idea that the body is the first environment we inhabit. By improving how we move, breathe, nourish ourselves, and recover, individuals can increase energy, clarity, resilience, and productivity across all areas of life.
